Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit nomamind.com or submit the AI Governance Readiness Assessment or the Research and Pilot Fit Questionnaire.

In short: We use technical data to operate and protect the website. Questionnaire information is used to assess whether an organizational engagement, research setting or controlled pilot is a fit and to decide whether to respond. Questionnaire submissions are not used to train AI systems or to create Personality ASPECTS profiles.

1. Who is responsible

NOMAMIND is the market facing brand of Brandmind GmbH. Brandmind GmbH is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.

Brandmind GmbH

This address is reserved for privacy and personal data requests. Commercial, research and pilot inquiries must use the relevant structured questionnaire.

2. Data processed when you visit the website

The website and its hosting environment process technical request data needed to deliver, secure and maintain the site. This can include the IP address, requested page, time of access, referring page, browser, operating system and device information. Technical logs are retained only for the period needed to operate and protect the website, unless a security event or a legal obligation requires longer retention.

The website is hosted on services provided by Hostinger. Hostinger processes hosting data on our behalf to provide and secure the website. Processing can occur outside Switzerland subject to the safeguards that apply under our hosting agreement and applicable data protection law.

3. Data submitted through the questionnaires

The AI Governance Readiness Assessment collects qualification answers, first and last name, professional e mail address, role or title, organization and organization website. The Research and Pilot Fit Questionnaire collects first and last name, e mail address, proposal type and the description you provide about the setting, evidence access, decision authority and actionable outcome.

Fluent Forms processes the submission inside the WordPress environment. The form system can also record the source page, submission time, IP address and browser or device information. Submissions are stored in the Fluent Forms database on the NOMAMIND WordPress hosting environment. Authorized Brandmind GmbH administration users can review them. No active external marketing or customer relationship integration currently receives the submissions.

We use the submitted information to review the organizational, commercial, research or pilot fit, to protect the quality and confidentiality of the process and to contact you if the submission meets the relevant criteria. Submission does not guarantee a meeting, pilot or engagement. It also does not result in an automated acceptance decision.

4. Retention

If no engagement or research relationship follows, questionnaire information is deleted or anonymized no later than twelve months after the last related exchange. If an engagement proceeds, information that is relevant to the contractual relationship or required business records is retained for the applicable contractual and statutory periods. Limited information can be retained where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. Google Fonts

The current website requests the DM Sans stylesheet from fonts.googleapis.com. When a browser makes this request, Google receives technical request data such as the IP address, the requested URL, browser and operating system information and the referring page. Google states that information collected by Google Fonts is not used to create end user profiles or for targeted advertising.

6. Legal basis where the GDPR applies

Where the European Union General Data Protection Regulation applies, website security and the structured review of serious inquiries rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and assessing suitable engagements. Processing that is necessary to respond to a request about a possible engagement can also be required to take steps before entering a contract. We ask for separate consent before using personal data for any additional purpose that requires consent.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions and limits of the applicable law, you can ask whether we process personal data about you and request access, correction or deletion. Where applicable, you can also request restriction, object to processing or request a portable copy of data you supplied. You can send a request to the contact address above. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Where the GDPR applies, you may lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.

Providing questionnaire information is voluntary. If the requested information is not supplied, we may be unable to assess the proposed engagement or research setting. No automated acceptance decision is made.

8. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the website, questionnaires, service providers or processing purposes change. The version shown on this page applies at the time of your visit or submission.
